Broker Policy:
Clients shall choose and register their Broker. Cooperating Brokers will need to work with their buyer to coordinate loan approval, pre-closing and closing obligations.
The buyer reserves the right to change their Broker until the Purchase Agreement is executed. Any buyer's representation conflicts must be worked out between the buyer and their buyer's agent.
To receive Cooperating Broker sales commission, the buyer must designate the Cooperating Broker on the executed Purchase Agreement and a corresponding Cooperating Broker Agreement must be executed. The Cooperating Broker sales commission will only be paid on closed transactions.
Broker Courtesy is 2.5%
